Our ideal candidate should have solid experience with P&C practices, including talent attraction/recruitment, talent management and development, culture, engagement, performance management and transformation. In addition, our candidate should have a strong skill set in HRIS- and online Learning development and maintenance, P&C data analytics and reporting, and be keen on handling, maintaining and guiding leaders in P&C administration, policies, and labor law/compliance matters.
The split will be 50% Development activities and 50% Operations tasks.

The position
You will be the Group P&C Partner, supporting our business across four European countries in an international matrix set-up, working closely - and hands-on - with the functional leaders and our small P&C & Communications team to drive the global and local P&C priorities forward. The workplace will be in Greater Copenhagen, Glostrup, Denmark.
Your main responsibility is to engage with the business leadership at all levels as a strategic and operational partner by translating the business strategy and priorities into relevant and impactful P&C initiatives and actions. This includes driving and/or supporting:
- Organizational- and team development, transformation, culture, DE&I and engagement.
- Talent attraction/recruitment, incl. profile analyses, and on-boarding.
- Talent management and development (ANCO Academy, talent review, and succession).
- Performance management, Green Dialogues, coaching and facilitation.
- P&C administration, policies, development, and maintenance of our HRIS (HiBob), our online Learning platform and other admin procedures and systems.
- People data analytics, Com&Ben analytics and reporting to support and drive our key strategic initiatives.
You will report to the Head of Group P&C & Communications. Together, we are responsible for developing our organization and employees to meet current and future business needs.
Qualifications
To be a successful candidate, you:
- Hold a relevant advanced degree education.
- Have at least 5 years of relevant P&C experience within an international, and culturally diverse organization, preferably within the transportation sector.
- Have strong interpersonal skills to be able to provide input to, coach and advise managers/colleagues at all levels and handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Possess good analytical, and problem-solving skills and are people data analytics savvy.
- Can think strategically and translate business challenges into tangible actions, challenge the status quo and are hands-on.
- Are fluent in verbal and written English.
