If you’re in your last year of a master's in business administration, HR/People & Culture, or commercial law and ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you. 

What will you do?

• Helping with P&C operations and administrative tasks.

• Supporting onboarding, exit processes, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Keeping our HR systems like HiBob, Learningbank, and Teamtailor updated.

• Updating People policies and processes.

• Diving into ad hoc tasks like data analytics and giving managers practical support.

You’ll be based at our HQ in Glostrup, where you’ll join a supportive, dynamic, and small People & Culture team. You’ll report directly to Anette Zinglersen, our Head of Group People & Culture, and work closely with colleagues across the organization.
