ANCOTRANS operates in the transport and logistics industry with a focus on container road transport solutions. We also offer solutions in rail, intermodal and to a lesser extent, tank and trailer. 💪 About the job - How you’ll make an Impact
This is a hybrid Executive Assistant (80%) and Personal Assistant (20%) role, supporting the Group CEO and the Executive Management Team across both strategic and administrative responsibilities.
In this role, you’ll get the opportunity to develop and demonstrate your skills in a broad context, where flexibility is the focal point for a busy everyday life with exciting tasks, where no two days are alike. You’ll handle assignments that range widely from strategic support to administrative and operational support, event planning and personal support.
As a seasoned Executive Assistant, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, support communication initiatives, and contribute to strategic deliverables such as leadership proposals and presentations. You’ll be a trusted sparring partner who collaborates across our sites in Denmark, Germany, Sweden and the Netherlands, embodying our company values and culture at all levels.
This includes managing daily operations and administration, drafting presentations for executive leadership and board meetings, assisting in preparing social media and communication content, managing annual planning cycles, and supporting the Group CEO in stakeholder management. In addition, you’ll be overseeing the Group CEO’s calendar and appointments, coordinating all travel logistics, process expense reports and invoices, and you will prepare agendas and meeting minutes and follow up on actions.
Working closely with our Group CEO, you’ll provide high-level executive support that promote a unified team culture – we call it “ONE ANCO”. In short, you’ll be the hands-on and go-to person for the Group CEO and the Executive Leadership Team - flexible, sharp, and always one step ahead.

Your professional experience and background
- At least 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Personal Assistant supporting C-level in mid-sized or large international organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration-relevant discipline or equivalent business or administrative background
- Preferred experience in the transportation or logistics sector with a focus on compliance and operational excellence
- Tech-savvy with solid experience in MS Office-suite and Power BI, and keen on adopting new technologies for improved workflows
- Fluency in Danish and English (spoken and written) and excellent communication skills
