Ancotrans Intermodal Solution

First and foremost, ANCOmodal means improved logistics. We offer flexible mode of transportation with better efficiency through our acces to the full network of Intermodal transport in Germany and neighboring countries. With ANCOmodal we offer an intelligent transportation solution that is great both for the climate and the customer's bottom line.

What you will be doing: 

• You are a part of the local management team in excecuting upon the respective goals and budgets
• Be in charge of developing the intermodal business and define budget and strategy in Germany together with the Branch Manager
• Control on operational aspects and processes to improve and strengthen our position and department - in close collaboration with team manager
  
• ... and much more! But actually you have the opportunity to shape the role your self
  

What we are looking for: 

• A huge KPI-lover with strong interest in sales
• Someone who is 110% fluent in English and German both written and spoken. If you speak additional languages, Dutch, French, Spanish, Polish etc. then we are very impressed.
• A person with strong skills in using modern software, IT and any aspect of this.
• A manager with heart and great leadership skills and is eager to improve them, learn new things and work with culture
• Someone with a bullet-proof ambition to "make it happen", with no fear of growth, never giving up while taking fun seriously, and giving a damn with loads of heart!
• A "willing to learn"-mindset, developing and bringing tons of knowledge which we can learn of
• A strategy-lover but also interested in the daily business
• An eager mindset to think beyond the border and influence and create ANCO's route towards the intermodal part of our new Strategy 2026
• And last but not least, that you are willing to travel around our offices for several arrangements e.g. communication workshops, leadership seminars, certifications, business meetings ect.
